Quilling Flowers

I call this one the pinwheel. You could stick a stick in the whole in the middle of this with a rubber band in back and this would spin in the wind when you hold it up. These are fairly easy to make. It's about rolling the paper all the way up, release the circle to the size you prefer. Then press and hold it with a slight bend with two fingers. That's it after you place glue on it to hold it in place. Repeat until you have enough to make a full flower with a circle in the middle that's rolled tight. Glue and there you have it. Let dry for approximately five minutes. I use the Elmers washable clear glue and you can click the link to purchase it from Amazon. It works like a charm and holds it good.
